US soldier treats Iraqi civilian with leg injury

IRAQ Several civilians were injured during the US army attack on the village where the terrorists were hiding. American soldiers took responsibility for this, treated the civilians and transported them to their field hospitals. Civilian casualties are unfortunately inevitable during war.
