SÃO FRANCISCO DO PARÁ, PARÁ, BRAZIL – SEPTEMBER 19, 2026 Security camera captured the moment a car struck a motorcyclist in the middle of an intersection. After the violent impact, he was thrown onto the roadway and remained seriously injured. People nearby and the driver of the car subsequently provided him with first aid.
The motorcyclist’s injuries appeared so severe that reports began circulating on social media claiming that he had died in the crash. Some media outlets also published the information and initially reported that the man had succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
The report of his death was later debunked, however. According to a subsequent clarification, the motorcyclist survived the crash but suffered serious injuries and had to be taken for medical treatment. His identity and current medical condition have not been released. The circumstances of the crash are expected to be subject to further investigation.
