EL ORO, ECUADOR A man was transporting his three children to school on one motorcycle. When an 11-year-old girl fell off a motorcycle, her hand became wedged in the wheel and was literally torn from her body.
The irresponsible behavior of the father is definitely to blame. As you can see in the video, he is the only one wearing a helmet.
