INDIA Pratap Singh, 60, attacked a frail 85-year-old woman, Kalkibai Gameti, with an umbrella. She died of her injuries.
The video was shot by underage youths who witnessed the horrific act. They did nothing to help her.
The attacker was arrested by the police. During his statement, he said he felt like Lord Shiva and planned to bring the woman back to life. The forensic expert confirmed that he was indeed insane at the time of the murder.
