CUAUTITLÁN IZCALLI, MEXICO – AUGUST 31, 2017 Commuters reported to police in the early morning hours that a person had been found hanged on the side of the highway leading to Mexico City. Police on the scene confirmed the report. They found a woman between 40 and 50 years old hanging from a post. The police expert on the scene concluded that it was a suicide, but her body was sent for an autopsy to rule out any foreign involvement.
