THAILAND – AUGUST 21, 2013 A 24-year-old Thai woman crashed fatally on her scooter. She was wearing high heels, but it is not verified if they caused her accident. In some parts of the world (Europe) it is forbidden to drive in such shoes. Based on her nasty head injury, it’s fair to say she wasn’t even wearing a helmet.
