Biker shot dead by his passenger

Security camera caught the murder of a biker by his passenger. After they pulled over, the men appear to start arguing, whereupon the passenger pulls out a gun and shoots. Although he appears to have acted in self-defense because the biker was about to attack him, shooting someone to death is not justifiable even in this case. You can shoot in the air or in the legs.
