SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL – MARCH 4, 2025 When a young student was leaving the gym on Rua Gabriel de Lara Street, he was attacked on the street by an armed robber. He acted correctly, did not risk his own life, and humbly handed over his wallet. However, the entire situation was being watched by an off-duty military police officer, who was just waiting for the right moment so as not to endanger the student’s life. When the robber walked away, the officer started shooting and hit him several times.
The robber survived his injuries and was taken to the hospital, where doctors stabilized him. He will face criminal charges for armed robbery.
