Guy, for unknown reasons, attempted to commit suicide using rat poison. If he had read about its effects, he probably would have changed his mind. Rat poison prevents blood clotting and causes uncontrolled bleeding. Fortunately, he was found in time by his friend while kneeling in a room and vomiting blood. Doctors pumped his stomach and administered vitamin K, which works as an antidote.
