KRASNOYARSK KRAI, RUSSIA Drug-addicted man, after taking a dose of narcotics, began suspecting his girlfriend of being a prostitute. Jealousy, intensified by the influence of drugs, drove him to commit a horrific act. He grabbed a knife and stabbed her to death while she was asleep. Shortly after the murder, he took his own life.
Four months later, neighbors began to notice a strong, penetrating smell of death coming from the couple’s apartment and alerted the police. After forcibly entering the premises, officers discovered two dead bodies in an advanced state of decomposition.
Friends and acquaintances of the couple stated that the man was chronically jealous. He constantly believed she was cheating on him with someone else, and this was a frequent source of arguments between them.
