LIMA, PERU – APRIL 24, 2025 At the Edgardo Rebagliati Martins Hospital, a tragic incident occurred in which a woman died after throwing herself from the 14th floor of the building. According to witnesses and CCTV footage, the woman was seen sitting on the edge of the building in apparent psychological distress before she eventually fell down and suffered fatal injuries at the scene. Hospital staff and security forces immediately responded, but it was no longer possible to help the woman.
