Seriously injured thief by machete

COLOMBIA Thief was caught red-handed and violently punished with a machete -both of his hands were almost completely hacked off. As he lay bleeding out in the street, a pool of blood forming beneath him, some passersby couldn’t help but feel a mix of shock and pity. One person stepped in to try and save him, using a makeshift tourniquet to slow the blood loss. At this time, there’s no official word on whether he survived the brutal attack.
