Male dead body washed up by Mekong River

PREK TA SEK, CHROY CHANGVAR, PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA – JULY 17, 2025 On the banks of the Mekong River, not far from Cambodia’s capital city, the dead body of a man was found after being washed up by the river. The body was already partially bloated and in a state of decomposition. Local residents pulled it out using a fishing boat, a tarp, and ropes. The body was then transported to a forensic facility, where an autopsy will be conducted to help investigators determine the cause of death.
