CEBU CITY, PHILIPPINES – MARCH 21, 2024 10 students on board the SUV heckled the driver, their classmate, Angela Mae Omayao Pateres, to drive fast. As the vehicle was going downhill, she failed to control the steering and crashed. The vehicle flipped on its side and everyone was injured except the female driver. She died on the spot.
