KAMPOT, CAMBODIA – AUGUST, 2016 A 24-year-old tourist Blackney Kristy Anne from Australia was found drowned in a river just outside the Arcadia Backpackers hostel. She had drowned the previous night. The woman, from the affluent Melbourne suburb of Toorak, was reportedly an excellent swimmer.

It is not known for certain why she was in the water, but one of the most likely theories is that she was attempting to rub off a temporary marker tattoo near her buttocks reading ‘DICK’ when she became disoriented in the dark.
