BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA – JANUARY 31, 2026 Two men unexpectedly ran into the road in the Quilmes neighborhood and attempted to rob a motorcyclist and forcibly take his motorcycle. A female police officer who was returning home from duty happened to notice the incident and quickly reacted. She intentionally hit the robber with her car.
The 26-year-old robber suffered fractures to both legs and a serious skull injury. He was taken to the hospital in serious condition, where he remained hospitalized under police supervision. His accomplice fled the scene and, according to all available information, has still not been located.
