MARINGÁ, BRAZIL – JANUARY 28, 2019 A 28-year-old man capsized while kayaking down the Paraná River. Unfortunately, he was unable to reach the shore and drowned. His dead body was not recovered until some time later. He was already bloated and in the early stages of decomposition.
