Bloody saber attack

Man decided to resolve his personal disputes through violence. He attacked his rival with a saber on the street in broad daylight and inflicted bloody injuries on him. Cameraman recorded part of the incident with the intention of providing evidence to the police. No further information about the incident is currently available.
