Gutted, but still alive, young man found in toilet

BRAZIL Young man was attacked in a toilet by an assailant armed with a knife. He literally cut his stomach so badly that his intestines fell out. Fortunately, he was found lying on the floor in time and fully conscious. His chances of survival are good, unless he gets an infection that antibiotics won’t respond to.
