RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – FEBRUARY 4, 2026 In the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro, on Estrada de Paciência near Residencial Bosque, Cláudio Vinícius Santos Silva, known as “Federinha,” was shot dead. The man was allegedly the leader of a local criminal militia in the Manguariba area.
Police reported that the vehicle he was in had been stolen and that Silva had a criminal record for robbery and criminal conspiracy. After the incident, officers found his body with multiple gunshot wounds, and the area was secured for forensic investigation.
