SASKATOON, CANADA – NOVEMBER 5, 2022 Paige Theriault-Fisher, 22, hung out with her friend, Hodan Hashi, 23. They went to Lit Nightclub, where they drank alcohol and partied. But around 2:40 a.m., they got into an argument and got into a fight. Paige was lying on the ground on top of Hodana, pounding her with her fist and kicking her as if she was unconscious. She didn’t even stop when there was a pool of blood under Hodan.

When paramedics arrived on the scene, Hodan Hashi showed no vital signs and was pronounced dead. Theriault-Fisher was arrested and charged with second-degree murder. However, the court ultimately classified her act as involuntary manslaughter.

Sadly, there were many bystanders at the scene who videotaped their deadly brawl. But none of them intervened in time to help Hodana Hashi. Every single person who was in the nightclub that night is partially to blame for her death.
