DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO Video documents the crime and inhumane practices committed by the DR Congo army against the civilian population. A poor woman is cruelly tortured by a group of soldiers. While some of them pull her limbs, causing her pain but also restricting her movement, others beat her buttocks.
The DR Congo is currently a very dangerous country, full of conflict and violence. Although cases like this are not a daily occurrence, they do occur from time to time. Violence by the armed forces against civilians is the result of poor discipline and education of the soldiers. Sometimes also the complete absence of any consistent command.
