Corpse of man with disfigured face found floating in water

CAIAMBÉ, AMAZONAS, BRAZIL Male body was found floating in the water on the shore of the Amazon River. At first glance, he did not die by accident but by violent death. His legs were tied with rope, and the skin from his face was peeled off. The police believe that his death is related to drug cartel activity.
