MALAYSIA Malaysian put on quite a disgusting show for all the bystanders. He attempted suicide in a very unconventional way. He used a knife to cut open his stomach and pull his intestines out. People shouted at him, but no one dared to come near him because he was armed with a knife. There is no official confirmation as to what led him to commit suicide and especially to commit suicide in this way. The good news, however, is that doctors managed to save him.
The most likely scenario for this kind of behavior is drugs. A person under the influence of drugs, especially a long-term user, can become psychotic. This is a condition in which a person feels paranoid and hallucinates visually and audibly. There are cases where people have felt a demon or some foreign object inside them and tried to pull it out.
Another scenario is mental illness. Unfortunately, there are many mentally ill people who have suicidal and self-injurious tendencies.
