IRAN Video has surfaced online showing a tragic accident during the circus attraction known as the Wall of Death. A man lost his life in the incident. According to available information, the tragedy occurred during a performance by Iran’s Khalil Oghab Circus.
The Wall of Death is a traditional motorcycle attraction in which riders on motorcycles or in small cars drive along the nearly vertical walls of a large cylindrical wooden structure. The vehicles are kept on the walls by a combination of centrifugal force and friction generated at high speed. Although this attraction has a long history and has been part of fairs and circus performances for decades, it is considered one of the most dangerous attractions of its kind.
