SANTA MARIA, BULACAN, PHILIPPINES – JANUARY 13, 2017 At the edge of the road in Santa Maria, the headless body of a young woman was found. According to some reports, it is a victim of a rapist who attacked her when she was returning home from a bar. Her head was found only several hours later, washed up on the riverbank not far from the place where the body was discovered.
