FORTALEZA, CEARÁ, BRAZIL – JULY 28, 2025 In the Vila Velha neighborhood, a dead man’s body was discovered. He was found in a remote area used as an illegal dumping site. His head was severed, with a gunshot wound to the forehead. An empty bullet casing was also found at the scene.
The victim has not yet been identified. The perpetrators and their motives remain unknown and are under police investigation. According to investigative methods, it is assumed that the victim was connected to gang activity.
