TAMAULIPAS, MEXICO A dismembered male body with gouged out eyes was found near a county road in the Mexican state of Tamaulipas. Police were unable to identify the victim. According to the police, the estimated age of the man is 30-35 years. A bag containing the signature of a cartel called “The Gulf” was found near the body. This cartel is a rival to the well-known Mexican cartel Zetas. So it is likely that this man was a member of the Zetas cartel.
