MEXICO Video shows the execution of a captive captured by infamous Santa Rosa de Lima cartel. First, he is interrogated at length with a knife under his neck. Then the executioner unsuccessfully attempts to slit his throat. When he fails, they shoot him in the head with a pistol. His corpse is then dismembered.
