ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA, USA – APRIL 17, 2021 There has been a serious case of domestic violence in the 800 block of Edmund Avenue. A man there brutally assaulted his girlfriend. He brutally threw her to the ground, held a gun to her head and threatened to kill her.
The brave woman, however, broke free and managed to escape to a neighbor’s house. Enraged, the man ran after her and smashed a glass window with his fist, seriously injuring his arm and severing a major artery. Only then did the question of calling the police arise-he was in life-threatening danger and desperately begged his wife to make the call. Despite his pleas, she refused. Instead, he attempted to drive himself to the hospital. While driving, he lost consciousness due to a large loss of blood and crashed into a parked car at the intersection of Edmund Avenue and Dale Street. That’s where police found him dead.
