TUMBES, PERU Neighbors in the small Peruvian town of Tumbes alerted the police after hearing gunshots. Police found two dead bodies at the scene. According to the recording from the security camera, it was established that the man had committed a so-called extended suicide. First he shot his wife and then himself. The reason for his action was supposed to be jealousy.
