SALTA, ARGENTINA – APRIL 25, 2026 In the Limache area, a fatal collision occurred between a cyclist and a bus. The cyclist was run over, crushed, and killed at the scene. The victim was identified as 70-year-old Carlos Fermín Lera.

The bus driver stopped at the scene and waited for the police to arrive. He took a breathalyzer test for alcohol, which came back negative. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
