ORAVA CASTLE, SLOVAKIA – MARCH 24, 2026 72-year-old Polish man was taking part in a guided tour at Orava Castle in Slovakia. He separated from the group unnoticed, climbed over a railing on one of the castle terraces, and fell down into the courtyard. His life could not be saved. The case is even more tragic because his wife was nearby at the time. His motivation for this desperate act is still unknown. The case is under police investigation.
