COLOMBIA Electrician who met his untimely death while disconnecting cables of consumers that are yet to pay their electricity bills.
According to reports gathered, the officials defied the lockdown orders and went for disconnection. It was revealed that during the cause of disconnection, there was a spark that caused an explosion that ended up electrocuting him.
