ASABA, NIGERIA – APRIL 10, 2024 Junior Pope, full name Pope Obumneme Odonwodo, was a rather famous actor and producer of Nollywood movies. He starred in over a hundred of them.

He died at the age of 39 when his boat capsized on a river and he drowned. This happened during the filming of another of the movies he starred in. A video of his corpse was leaked on the social networking site Instagram.
