A 21-year-old woman was found dead on the floor of her maisonette. She was found naked in a large pool of blood with her legs spread. She had a 9 cm cheek incision above her right cheekbone. Investigators have ruled out murder. In an official report, they said the woman fell down the stairs while carrying a glass that cut her neck when it broke.
