PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA – DECEMBER 21, 2024 Motorcycle and bicycle collided not far from the Koh Nora Bridge, a landmark in the Cambodian capital. The cyclist was very lucky as he only injured his knee. The woman on the bike, Chhan Sokly, was not so lucky and died on the spot. The police is now finding out who was at fault in the accident.
