TINGUB, MANDAUE CITY, CEBU, PHILIPPINES – JANUARY 20, 2017 Woman identified as Giselle dela Piedra was shot dead by several gunmen in the middle of a night-time street. The attackers were never identified. Police believe the motive for her murder was the drug war.
