TAMSUI DISTRICT, NEW TAIPEI CITY, TAIWAN – MAY 21, 2017 Michella Altrecha Racho was an overseas worker in Taiwan originally from the Philippines. She enjoyed spending her free time swimming in the sea and chilling with friends on the beach. But that proved fatal for her. On May 21, 2017, she swam into the ocean current, which she couldn’t get out of and drowned. Her friends gave her first aid but failed to save her.
