Finishing off wounded Russian soldier

UKRAINE When Ukrainian soldiers found their severely wounded Russian opponent on the battlefield, they showed him mercy and finished him off. Although their actions are understandable from a human perspective, the Geneva Conventions prohibit such conduct. Soldiers who are no longer capable of fighting have the right to protection from attack, medical treatment, and humane treatment.
