Humiliation and bullying in Russian army #5

UKRAINE Commander of a Russian motorized brigade allegedly brutally abused his own soldiers. The footage allegedly shows him amputating one of a soldier’s fingers with a cutting tool and then urinating into his cup. Other footage shows two soldiers tied to a tree who he allegedly tortured beforehand. The photographs show the extent of the injuries caused during the abuse.
