PHILIPPINES, 2016 18-year-old Sunshine Mallari Capinpin was riding a motorcycle with her uncle when they were attacked by communist rebels because her father was a local political activist. Her uncle was shot multiple times. Sunshine was hit only once, but fatally. She died with her phone in her hand. It can be assumed that she was trying to call for help before she bled to death.
