Girl stabbed her mother to death and then called her friend

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM – AUGUST 15, 2022 Hanna Bennis, 21, had an argument with her mother, whereupon she took a knife and stabbed her more than 30 times. The victim had no chance of survival. After realizing what she had done, she made a video phone call to her friend asking for advice or help. Soon after, police arrived on the scene and were called by neighbors who heard screams.

Her mother, 58-year-old Aziza Bennis, worked as a cook in the school cafeteria. Friends, colleagues and neighbours described her as a kind, good and non-confrontational woman.
