NATAL, RIO GRANDE DO NORTE, BRAZIL In the Detran community in the Cidade Nova district, a collision between a man and a train occurred during the night hours. He was extremely lucky to survive, but unfortunately he suffered lifelong consequences. The train amputated both of his lower limbs. According to the testimony of several witnesses, the man was drunk, or under the influence of other intoxicating substances, and fell asleep on the railway tracks.
