Hitman shot a mentally disabled man

KINGSTON, JAMAICA A hitman shot a mentally disabled man on the street. The man who was shot has been identified as Gregory Smith. He lived in a district of the city ruled by an enemy gang. It is believed that he lost his way and that was the only reason for his shooting.
