NIGERIA Notorious terrorist organisation ISIS is currently operating more in Africa after their influence in the Middle East has rapidly declined. In Africa, and especially in unstable Nigeria, where the government has long been out of control over much of the territory, it is a breeding ground for them. Video shows their suicide operation against government troops. They sent a car with a driver loaded with explosives at them. After the explosion, they shot all those soldiers in cold blood. According to the video, it seems that one civilian was also a victim.
