DELHI, INDIA – FEBRUARY 14, 2024 In west Delhi’s Kirti Nagar area, a collision between two cars claimed the life of the driver of one of them. 27-year-old Vansh Jolly was literally decapitated. Information as to how his fatal injuries occurred is not known. But most probably he was not wearing his seat belt which could have saved his life.
