Man decided to end his life and hanged himself from an elevated railing. By the time his body was discovered, there was unfortunately no way to help him. A doctor pronounced him dead upon arrival, and forensic teams were dispatched to carry out standard procedures. The victim’s motivation is unknown. The incident occurred in one of the countries in the Middle East.
