Man loses hand during joint military and police training exercise

RUSSIA Serious accident occurred during a joint exercise involving the Russian police and military. During the training, in which blank ammunition and other training equipment were used, a flashbang grenade landed near a person recording the event. The man attempted to pick it up, but the device unexpectedly exploded and caused severe injuries, resulting in the loss of his entire hand.
