MYRTLE BEACH, USA – MAY 25, 2024 Cedric Reddick, 31, of Columbia, South Carolina went chillin’ for the weekend in Myrtle beach where an event known as Black Bike week was taking place. This is a motorcycle rally and race that has a 44 year tradition in Myrtle beach.
When he parked his car on North Ocean Boulevard, he got into a scuffle with 44-year-old Anthony Maurice Garner. He was claiming the parking space Cedric had parked in. Cedric didn’t want to give it up.
No one expected what happened next. Garner pulled his gun and shot Cedric right in the head. His brain splattered on the road and he fell dead on the spot. Although some witnesses were still trying to perform CPR, it must have been clear to all that it was a losing battle.
